Endur CTRM Consultant — Longterm Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Endur CTRM Consultant with strong functional expertise in commodity trading and risk management. The consultant will lead requirement analysis, functional breakdown, solution design, documentation and act as the primary functional point of contact for the project. This role demands strong stakeholder engagement skills, leadership abilities, and proven experience in delivering Endur-based CTRM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Break down business requirements into detailed functional components.
  • Translate functional needs into structured solution design elements.
  • Create mapping matrices linking business requirements to solution components.
  • Identify and recommend the most effective and feasible solutions within time and budget constraints.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all functional aspects of the project.
  • Ensure all solution documentation follows templates and meets organizational standards.
  • Engage with senior leaders regularly, providing clarity and functional insights.
  • Mentor and coach junior Endur developers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Advise clients on commercial optimization, cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Promote industry best practices and create value-driven outcomes for the business.

Requirements

  • Strong functional experience with CTRM platforms, specifically Endur.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong engagement skills with experience handling senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across global locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and client-facing skills.
  • Understanding of commercial optimization, cost efficiency and process improvement strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-leading CTRM practices.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers.
  • TOGAF certification and BizzDesign experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the Pega platform is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultural boundaries.
